A question that makes me wonder
So I'm listen to Lordkat's new live, and I'm with him all the way listening to this weird ass conference he has gone to, and him talking about these speakers that make me wonder if Idiocracy has all ready happened and we are more stupid. However listening to all of it and hearing what the more important things were, the events that were the biggest, they made me wonder about something. That something is about spirituality. Not my own spirituality I will say that much that's fully intact and I've made my peace with that. But that people don't trust organized religions anymore, but want that same spiritual givings that organized religion gives. These people are giving one hundred and forty dollars away to listen to a guy that gives the same advice that you would get from any clergy or monk. So this makes me beg the question to all of you out there. Are we still as spiritual as our ancestors 200 hundred years ago? Why don't we turn to any religions? What are people wanting from the quote unquote soul? Now I'll give my thoughts on this right now and tell you that this is purely a conjecture and an opinion. I think that people are still as spiritual as we were, but are afraid of joining a religion because of the modern news stories that show the corruption of these organizations. They want to know that they will be better but are afraid to get burned. But what does everyone else think about it? Before this is over with, I don't want any flaming or trolling in this. Don't try to bring down any religion, and please please PLEASE don't just disagree, give examples and be kind about it. I want to know the opinions of everyone here. Are we as spiritual as we were? Why are we afraid of joining religions?
